AURA uses advanced image processing algorithms based on the classic 12-season Munsell color system. By analyzing the contrast and undertones between your skin, eyes, and hair in a selfie taken in natural light, it matches you to one of the 12 seasonal palettes.

✦ Is my photo data uploaded to any servers?

No. To ensure absolute privacy, photo analysis is performed transiently. With your explicit consent, your photo is securely transmitted to a third-party AI provider (OpenAI API) solely for real-time analysis. The photo is immediately purged from memory once the analysis is completed and is never stored, saved, or used for model training on our servers or by the third party.

✦ How do I restore my premium purchases?

If you switch devices or need to restore your subscription status, open the AURA application and tap **Restore Purchases** on the purchase page. Your status will be instantly verified via the App Store.

✦ How can I delete my account and data?

You can delete your account and all associated profile history instantly by opening AURA, navigating to **Settings**, and selecting **Delete Account**. Alternatively, you can request manual data deletion by emailing auracolorapp@gmail.com.
